On Sunday, after one of our conferences ended and another one was about to start, Shauna, Devon and I sneaked away and rode our bikes down the old rail trail that connects Barrie and Orillia. Regan came along for the ride. We are trying to get Devon more used to beardos — this time, Devon only cried a little when he saw Regan, and mostly because he skipped his nap.
Shauna got to pull Devon along for part of the ride. By the time we got back, we were all a sweaty, tired mess. Three years ago when Shauna and I first biked between Barrie and Orillia, we felt younger, could bike much further, and wore much tighter pants.
